HOW WE ARE WORKING TO KEEP OUR CLIENTS AND STAFF SAFE
Planning your new window treatments and soft furnishings is an exciting process but we are all facing a challenge at the moment and we need to stay safe.
However, we can do something positive and fun and still safely design and fit your new window treatments and soft furnishings.
Below we have outlined how we can do this but you can always give us a ring to chat through your ideas and any concerns you may have.

1. The first step is to have a good look through this website.
Have a look at our photos on this website, you could also have a look through some of the websites of our fabric suppliers.
Also, look at interior design magazine websites such as www.houseandgarden.co.uk or www.homesandgardens.com
Maybe screenshot any images you like and put in a file on your desktop.
It's a really helpful first step if you are able to gather some images and ideas to give us a feel of the type and style of curtain and soft furnishing designs you like.
2. Contact us to arrange a consultation.
When you have an idea about the kind of style you would like, please email studio@atelierinteriors.co.uk to arrange a consultation. If we are able to visit you we will observe the rules of social distancing, wear PPE and ensure all our books that we take with us to show you samples are wiped down with disinfectant wipes before and after each use.
We can also arrange a remote consultation video chat via FaceTime, Skype or Messenger.
During this consultation we will go through everything about your window treatments and soft furnishings, just as we would face to face.
We will then email you and ask you to send us everything you can, including photos of your home and measurements (we will go through the measurements we need and how to do this during our consultation) .
If you have architectural plans you can of course send them to us.
3. Once we have all the above info, we can start the process of designing and pricing your window treatments.
We will email the designs, details and images of fabrics to you and we can make any changes as we go along.
When you are completely happy with the fabric and style we can then supply you with an initial quote.
We are doing as much as we can to keep our clients and staff safe. Our workroom is also now a Corona un-friendly area!
We are all socially distanced. All surfaces and communal areas are regularly disinfected.
We also have specific instructions for deliveries so our delivery people feel safe too.
* Unless we have visited you or have very detailed plans or measurements from you and you are completely sure about the fabric choice and style, we will not make anything for your windows until we are able to do a site visit.
